IMPORTANT: Got A Missing Plugin Error? This is a BUG with Google Chrome.. Please do not submit tickets regarding this - the solution until Google fix this is listed below.
Currently we are getting quite a few tickets regarding a missing plugin error. This is actually not something we can do anything about - as it's a browser issue.
I'm afraid this is a bug with Google Chrome, not the courses we offer.
Chrome currently has a bug where you can have two versions of Flash installed.
One, is part of Chrome itself. If you then install Flash yourself (or have done before), you end up with two versions - and they conflict.
The solution is either to remove one of the Flash installations, or to use a different browser until Google correct this issue.
To continue using Chrome, you will need to uninstall the extra installation of Flash - you can find out how to do that below.

I'm afraid we won't be accepting or processing tickets on this subject simply because we can't offer any more advice than the above. The above process does solve the issue, alternatively - you can use a browser other than Chrome.
There isn't anything we can do to affect or change your browser - hence why there isn't much more that can be done, other than the manual procedure or Google sorting this bug out!

Please note we operate a ticket desk because we have thousands of customers every month, and there are two full time help desk operators running it. We tend to find that tickets mean people don't get lost on the cracks and problems are solved much quicker.Please have your product and purchase details - some ticket types are automated - without the correct details things will go wrong :(
